Good study guide

AliceG

Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2019 After the 2-day training class, this was a great study guide to help me pass the Certified Scrum Master certification on the first try. The 50 practice questions were helpful in making sure I was ready - they were very similar to those on the test

Everything you need to pass the CSM exam

Adam S

I took the CSM course led by Dan Rawsthorne at 3Back. Using this book and everything I learned in his class I was able to pass the CSM exam with 47/50 questions answered correctly. I'm so grateful I got to take his course and use this book to help me prep for the exam. I highly recommend giving this book a read.

This is your one go-to guide to study for your scrum master certification

Jordan Jones

I took a two-day course with one of the co-authors of this book, Doug Shimp. It was enjoyable and interactive (though completely online, as it happened during the COVID-19 social distancing era). Doug was knowledgable, personable, and informative. This book was provided in PDF format during the course, and it has proven to be a handy guide to scrum and to the scrum certification test. If you want to be certified as a scrum master, but more importantly, if you want to approach scrum as a way to lead people toward more effective development of products, and not just as a series of rules to follow, this is your book.

Great Study Guide

I attended the 2-day CSM course led by Dan Rawsthorne. The Scrum Study Guide provides all the necessary information to take the online certification. I will continue to use this as a resource as my organization transitions to an agile framework. I highly recommend!

Even for Non-Development SCRUM Teams

Amazed Customer

I took the 2 day CSPO course with Dan Rawsthorne, this reading was a supplement the guided our sessions. It was full of examples that I could even apply to my team, which is not-so-heavily focused on developing code like you very often see along with the SCRUM ideals. The questions at the end of the chapters sparked some great discussion among attendees from all levels of Product Ownership.

Perfect guide to become a Scrum Master

This book is really a perfect guide to pass CSM examination. It cleared all my concepts regarding Scrum framework. Also, interactive class with Doug Shimp was very fruitful.
